Roles & Responsibility:-

·        Take good care of the agency’s funds.

·        Align sales strategies with corporate goals.

·        Make relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·        Expand the market reach and agency network.

·        Ascertain which markets offer prospects for growth.

·        Boost agent productivity by providing coaching.

·        Check to see if rules and regulations are being followed.

·        Encourage salespeople to go above and beyond their targets.

·        Give data-driven sales insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:-

Every Graduate
A minimum of one year’s experience in the local sales field
21–38 Years Old
Leadership and team management skills.
Customer-oriented.
Local Candidate.
Strong Communications Skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
Two Years of Work Experience In any Sales Field.
