Job Description

Tekpillar Is Looking for  Field Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients. Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients. Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients. Monitoring competitors’ sales activities.

 

Roles & Responsibility:-

 

• Manage the agency’s finances well.
• Align sales tactics with organizational objectives.
• Build ties with stakeholders and clients.
• Extend the agency network and market reach.
• Find out which markets have growth potential.
• Increase production by offering coaching to agents.
• Verify that guidelines and policies are being followed.
• Motivate salespeople to surpass their objectives.
• Provide data-driven insights for sales.

 

Candidate Profile:-

• 21–38 years old
• At least one year of experience in the local sales industry
• Capabilities for team management and leadership.
• Focused on the client.
• Candidate Local.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Capacity to settle disputes and find solutions.
• Two years of work experience in any area related to sales.
