Field Sales Executive – Agency Channel
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. This role involves extensive field work, building strong relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the value of our life insurance products.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Adhere to company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
