Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive – Agency (Insurance) is responsible for recruiting, supporting, and enabling insurance agents (advisors) in the assigned territory to generate business for the company. This role includes field-level activities like agent onboarding, product training, lead support, and performance tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide regular field training on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Accompany agents on joint sales calls to support deal closures.
- Help agents understand customer needs and match them with suitable products.
- Track agent performance and motivate them to meet their individual sales targets.
- Provide marketing support and help generate leads for agents.
- Build strong working relationships with recruited agents to ensure high retention.
- Conduct regular meetings and one-on-ones to keep agents engaged and aligned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
