Key Responsibilities
Identify potential leads and onboard new customers
Promote life insurance products through field visits and meetings
Develop relationships with local agents and distributors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client records and submit daily sales reports

Candidate Requirements 
Graduation in any stream
Minimum 2 year of field sales experience (insurance/FMCG preferred)
Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and networking ability
