Job Description
The Field Sales Executive – BFSI is responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales of banking and financial products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer profiling and financial need analysis to recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, approvals, and disbursals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of field sales experience
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Excellent communication, negotiation
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Field-based role involving daily client visits
