Job Description

The Field Sales Executive – BFSI is responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales of banking and financial products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct customer profiling and financial need analysis to recommend suitable products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, approvals, and disbursals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Field-based role involving daily client visits
