CTC: 4.00 CTC + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for the BFSI sector to promote financial products such as insurance, loans, and banking services through field visits and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential customers to promote and sell BFSI products
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance, loans, or banking services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Generate leads through fieldwork and referrals
  • Submit daily reports and updates to the manager

Requirements:

  • Any Graduates
  • 2 years of field sales experience
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willing to travel locally
