CTC: ₹ 4 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 2+ years (Freshers welcome)

Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell banking and financial products. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets through on-field work.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers and pitch BFSI products (loans, insurance, accounts, etc.)
Generate leads and close sales
Maintain regular follow-ups and customer service
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Submit daily reports and field updates

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Good communication and selling skills
Willingness to work in the field
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
