Job Description

Job Overview: 
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive in Durgapur to drive product outreach and business acquisition through direct fieldwork. This is a full-time on-roll position for individuals with a passion for sales, strong local knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities: 
Conduct field visits to acquire new clients and generate leads
Recruit and manage a team of field agents for product distribution
Provide product demonstrations and ensure customer onboarding
Achieve daily/monthly sales goals and maintain performance records
Offer customer support and assist in policy renewals or service follow-ups
Report competitor activity and contribute to local growth strategies

Who Should Apply: 
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
1 to 3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Retail/BFSI preferred)
Must be a resident of Durgapur or nearby
Age between 22 to 40 years
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
