🔍 Job Overview 
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive in Durgapur to drive insurance sales through direct customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a local market understanding, and a passion for targets.

Key Responsibilities 
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
Promote life insurance products to individuals and families
Build relationships with local agents and sales partners
Organize sales campaigns and participate in marketing activities
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports

Candidate Requirements 
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in field sales (insurance, FMCG, telecom preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with regular field visits and target-based work
Knowledge of the local Durgapur area is an added advantage
