Job Description

We’re hiring Field Sales Executives in Durgapur for a full-time on-roll position. This role involves meeting clients face-to-face, generating leads, and helping build a strong local market.

Responsibilities: 
Visit local prospects and explain services/products
Build relationships and drive repeat business
Meet monthly sales goals and track leads
Prepare reports on market visits and feedback

Requirements: 
Graduation (mandatory)
Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be a resident of Durgapur or nearby
Age: 22 to 38 years

Salary & Benefits: 
Fixed CTC up to ₹3.45 LPA
Incentives based on performance
