Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute B2C and B2B sales strategies, aligned with marketing campaigns

– Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team

– Expand distribution network; onboard & coach channel partners

– Drive promotional activities and in-store marketing

Qualifications:

– 2+yrs in FMCG or consumer durables sales, 5- yrs+ in leadership

– Bachelor’s in -Marketing/Commerce or any field.

– Strong channel and distributor handling skills

– Excellent communication & negotiation skills

– Team-handling experience, high-energy, target-driven mindset
