Job Description
Field Sales Executive – Madhya Pradesh
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years (Banking / Insurance / Field Sales)
Location: Madhya Pradesh (multiple locations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through regular field visits.
- Promote and sell insurance / banking products in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales (banking / insurance preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
- Must be open to extensive field work.
