Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales.
  • Generate business through direct sales & channel partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales & revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all company guidelines and processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with proven sales ability.
  • Knowledge of the MP local market.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Field Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across MP region.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
