Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Madhya Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales / Banking / Insurance / BFSI Sector
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
CTC: ₹2.50 – ₹3.15 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Generate business through direct field visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure sales target achievement.
Conduct regular market visits for brand visibility and lead generation.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or financial/banking sector preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
