Position: Field Sales Executive
Experience: 1+ years in Field Sales / Direct Sales (BFSI Preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Compensation: Up to ₹3.50–4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Location: RJ(Multiple Locations)
Preference: Local Candidates Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Conduct market visits and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service support and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel and work on field.
