Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, and closing sales deals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers in the assigned area to promote and sell company products/services
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect feedback and report market trends to the team
- Ensure proper documentation and post-sale support
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: At least 2 years in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or related)
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps or CRM systems is a plus
