Job Title: Field Sales Executive (On-Role)
Location: Jodhpur
Job Type: Full-time
CTC : 4.00 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring an On-Role Field Sales Executive to promote company products/services through direct customer interaction, lead generation, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to explain and sell products/services
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Report field activity to the manager regularly

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate
  • 2+ experience in field sales preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Must be target-oriented and self-driven
  • Willing to travel locally; own vehicle is a plus
