About the Role
We are hiring an On-Roll Field Sales Executive in Tamluk to lead customer acquisition and advisor recruitment for a growing financial services organization. This is a permanent salaried role that offers stability, incentives, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets through local market leads
• Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors from the Tamluk area
• Conduct customer meetings and explain product offerings
• Guide team members through training and joint field calls
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance tracking
• Ensure renewals, service follow-ups, and client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Retail, BFSI, FMCG preferred)
• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Must be based in or near Tamluk
• Strong communication, team-handling, and negotiation skills
