We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand business opportunities in the Pune region. The candidate should be confident in meeting customers, explaining products, and achieving sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in assigned areas and generate leads

• Explain product features and convert leads into sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

• Conduct market visits, cold calling, and follow-ups

• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams for closures and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Any graduate

• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Local candidates preferred for Pune
