Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance advisors or channel partners.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure goal achievement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve productivity and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment (preferably in BFSI/Insurance).
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Good market knowledge of RJ region.
