Field Sales Executive – Jaisalmer (Rajasthan)

Industry: Insurance / BFSI

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 year in Field Sales (Insurance background preferred)
Location: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan
CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for policy sales and renewals.
• Conduct field visits, identify potential clients, and explain insurance products.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales support.
• Ensure excellent customer service and achieve monthly business goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Local candidates preferred with good market knowledge.
