Field Sales Executive – Rajasthan

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2–3Years (Insurance Sales Required)
CTC: As per company norms + Incentives
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and generate insurance business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers.
• Promote company insurance products and explain benefits clearly.
• Maintain daily activity reports and ensure complete documentation.
• Work closely with the branch team to meet business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have 2–4years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Should be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Must have understanding of life/health/general insurance sales.
• Stability in previous job roles preferred.
