Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Meet customers, explain products/services, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Provide regular field updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 2–3 years in Field Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across RJ region.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
