Job Description

Location: Rajasthan (Multiple Locations)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Banking / Insurance / Field Sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct field sales in assigned territory.
• Promote banking / insurance / financial products to retail and SME clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and field activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company compliance guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in field sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of local market in Rajasthan.
