The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in sectors like insurance, banking, telecom, or FMCG. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation through field visits, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
