Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Expert to drive sales and strengthen market presence in Kolkata. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets through on-ground efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and convert potential customers.
• Promote company products/services and explain key features and benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Report field activities, feedback, and market insights to the sales team.
• Participate in promotional activities and local events to generate leads.

  Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with strong sales experience also considered.
• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales or direct sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Kolkata market is an advantage.
