Job Description

The Field Sales Head leads the frontline sales strategy and execution, typically overseeing regional or zonal field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with national or regional goals.
  • Set and manage sales targets for territories, zones, or states.
    lead a team of Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), etc.
  • Recruit, train, and coach field staff.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to align efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
