Field Sales Leader 

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Leader to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance business through the strategic management and development of a network of agents.

Key Responsibilities: – 

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve sales goals and targets within the life insurance sector.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales leaders and agents, ensuring continuous growth and development within the team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and performance metrics to drive business growth and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements: – 

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, ideally within the life insurance or financial services sector.
• The candidate must be a local resident with a strong understanding of the market.
