Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of life insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of life insurance agents
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and enhance market penetration
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements:
✔ Education: Graduation is mandatory
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing (preferably life insurance)
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
✔ Other: Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Additional Benefits
