Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit a team from the open market.
• Guide, manage, and train the team.
• Drive policy sales through the recruited team.
• Generate business and meet sales targets.
• Achieve half-yearly and yearly business targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any field).
• Must own a bike.
• The candidate must be a local resident.
