✔ Recruit, onboard, and mentor insurance advisors.
✔ Build and expand a strong agent network.
✔ Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
✔ Guide advisors to enhance their sales performance.
✔ Establish strong relationships with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
✔ Maintain and monitor sales data for business expansion.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 1-4 years in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Skills: Leadership, negotiation, and excellent communication.
Age: 21-38 years.
Must–Have: A two-wheeler for fieldwork.
Note: Candidates from an operations background are NOT eligible.
