Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Leader to lead our insurance sales efforts through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
Foster strong relationships with agents and clients.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and agent support.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license essential.
