Job Summary:
Responsible for generating life insurance sales by meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. This is a field-based role focused on direct customer interaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
- Basic understanding of financial products is a plus.
