Roles and Responsibilities:

– Recruit and Manage a team of advisors

– Train the team on Product and techniques

– Manage Productivity and Performance of agents and team leaders

– Close sales from leads generated by the team members

– Prepare MIS Reports and Manage Database Sourcing and Utilization

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
