Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Identifying and recruiting new agents and representatives to expand the agency force
– Providing training and coaching to agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management
– Monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents, setting targets, and providing support to help them achieve sales goals
– Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
– Ensuring that agents have a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s insurance and financial products, enabling them to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
