Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
– Find, hire, and train fresh advisers or sales representatives.
– Create and preserve a high-achieving sales staff by giving them continual coaching and training.
– Establish and share with the team goals and targets for sales.
– Track and assess each agent’s and the team’s overall performance.
– Create and put into action sales strategy to meet goals and targets for sales.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
