Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
* Mapping the next initiatives to find new business opportunities.
* Having meetings with clients and concluding agreements for full facility management.
* Creating proposals, presentations, and business plans.
* Survey the site in conjunction with the operations group.
* Examining the most recent facility management services market trends.
* Ensure that the designated Region has an appropriate market penetration.
* Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the designated Region; Creating a Sales Team Strategy
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
