Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and put into action efficient marketing plans to sell new insurance policies or amend current ones.
• Reach out to prospective customers and establish a relationship through cold phoning, networking, using referrals, etc.
• Evaluate the needs and preferences of corporate or private clients and offer the appropriate protection packages.
• Gather customer information about their risk profiles so that you can provide the right solution.
• Write up reports for shareholders detailing the achievements of your commercial ventures.
• Maintain constant knowledge of terms, sales, and transactions, and maintain pertinent records
• Examine insurance claims to preserve reputation and build trust
• Regularly update knowledge relevant to the job and use it in practice
• Comply with all requirements outlined in business policies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
