Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential clients.

2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the value proposition of the company’s products/services to potential clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

5. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
