Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Take charge of and oversee a group of outside sales agents.

– Establish sales goals and create strategic plans for sales in order to meet business objectives.

– Establish and nurture enduring bonds with important clients and customers.

– Remain informed on market trends, industry advancements, and rivalry.

– Consistently compile reports on market trends, sales performance, and projections for management’s consideration..

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
