2. Oversee and direct a group of sales agents, offering guidance, instruction, and assistance to guarantee they fulfil or surpass their sales objectives.
3. Develop and sustain long-lasting connections with corporate clients by offering first-rate customer support and swiftly attending to questions and issues.
4. Gain and preserve a thorough understanding of our goods and services, as well as the beverage industry.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials and marketing plans that enhance sales initiatives.
6. Keep an eye on rivalry and market developments to spot chances for expansion and uniqueness.
7. Create and deliver frequent sales reports that emphasise important performance indicators and room for development to upper management.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
