Position Overview:

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, Manage, and develop a team of advisors.
• To meet potential clients in the market.
• Knowledge of insurance market sales.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers.

Qualification Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
• At least 2+ years of experience in on-field sales functions.
• Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
