Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: To meet revenue goals and organisational objectives, create and carry out a strategic sales plan.
• Leadership: Show the sales team that you are a good leader by managing their performance and handling hiring, training, and training.
• Management: Track sales performance and incentivize the sales staff by establishing explicit performance metrics and KPIs.
• Analysis: Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint new trends, rivalry dangers, and expansion prospects.
Establish and preserve solid connections with important clients, associates, and interested parties in order to promote client happiness and allegiance.
• To guarantee alignment and support for sales activities, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, product development, and finance.
• Enhancement: Lead the sales organization’s efforts for continual improvement to raise productivity, efficiency, and sales procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
