Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Take accountability for monthly income goals.

– Oversee all conversations with customers, educating them about the company’s products and services on a daily basis.

– In charge of Respond to inquiries sent in via the digital marketing platform by taking care of needs and worries in order to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.

– Establish rapport with investors, end users, and top-selling developers.

– Intermediary in the negotiating process; advise clients on pricing and market circumstances.

– Offer advice and counsel to clients in order to help them buy real estate at the best price and conditions.

– Recognise the needs of your clients and provide recommendations that work best for them.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
