Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Carry out sales operations to meet the allocated area’s or territory’s profitability and sales targets.
• In order to promote items to specific physicians and hospitals in the designated region, assist the regional sales business manager.
• Speak with government agencies and tenders to find new business prospects.
• Ensure that the territory’s demo units are used effectively by the enterprise.
• As needed, coordinate and work together with RSM and RBM.
• To increase Strykers’ customer base, hold onto important accounts and look for new ones.
• Determine, create, and oversee the various business channels (distributors & direct sales) in the region.
• Based on technological and commercial conversations, offer customers solutions that satisfy their requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
