Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Business Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted business goals
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of highly skilled agents to ensure optimum performance
– Provide guidance and support to agents in achieving their sales targets and maintaining customer relationships
– Plan and conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance the productivity of the team
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
– Collect and analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
– Prepare and present timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
– Continuously strive to improve and innovate the sales process to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Professional certifications in sales and insurance will be an added advantage
