Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Conduct marketing campaigns for channel partners in order to increase sales and establish trust in the marketplace.
• For every product, meet the distribution channel’s zonal revenue target.
• Attend to walk-in clients and be cognizant of their needs
• Manage the sale, product/service upselling and cross-selling.
• Keep producers’ everyday activities under control to guarantee a robust pipeline.
• Teach and mentor agents to expand their business through cross-selling
• In charge of guaranteeing application quality
• Aid and direct the producer in all actions pertaining to policy and services
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
