Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create, implement, and meet sales targets pertaining to customers, the bottom line, and the top line.
• Develop a value offer for prospects and promote the organization’s brand in designated territories.
• Regularly assess the sales plan and, together with the CEO, take the necessary steps to suggest modifications and policy changes.
• Updating the sales database and MIS on a regular basis in accordance with established SLAs and maintaining them.
• In charge of reaching individual goals.
• Gather client feedback in advance using pre-established channels, then make it public once a quarter.
• Conduct research, gain an understanding of the dynamics of the external environment, its effects on the organization’s present and future plans, and recommend any necessary strategy adjustments.
• Comply with all applicable organisational procedures and policies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
