Roles & responsibilities:
- Find, hire, and train your team.
- Coach, direct, and support team to improve performance
- For the team, objectives and sales targets.
- Create efficient sales strategies and techniques.
- Analyse and track sales performance.
Mandated Candidate:
- It must be the graduation
- minimum of 2+ years of skilled sales and marketing
- Age: 21 to 38 year
- CTC: Up To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
- Excellent presentation skills.
